Senior Football Championship
Saturday evening last brought an end to our championship campaign with a one point loss over a strong Abbeylara side in Glennon Brother Pearse Park. Full time score Killoe 0-9 to Abbeylara 0-10. Commiserations to the team and management and thank you for your commitment during the year. Best wishes to Abbeylara in the final in 2 weeks time. Despite our senior semi final result not going our way, we would like to thank the Olde Forge, Kiernan Steel and Admore for sponsoring gear bags and training tops for our senior squad
Junior A Championship
Our Junior team lost out by just a single point last Saturday afternoon in Glennon Brothers Pearse Park to Longford Slashers in the Semi Final. Full time score Killoe 1-9 to Longford Slashers 1-10. Commiserations to the team and management and thank you for your commitment during the year. Best wishes to Longford Slashers in the final. Community Health and Well-Being Day
Congratulations to Kiernan Structural Steel for hosting a fantastic and well-organised event last Saturday at the Athletics Club behind St. Mel’s College. The day featured numerous stalls, guest speakers, a food and beverages truck, and plenty of fun activities for children.
