Senior Club Notes 9th July 2018

Our reserve junior team had a super win in the Padraig Geraty cup final against Ardagh/Moydow on Wednesday evening last in Granard. Well done to team manager Kevin Dooner and all involved. It was great to watch such a blend of youth and experience gelling together to produce a fantastic game of football. Arguably the man of the match was one of our elder lemons, Gerry Carberry who ran endlessly and really turned back the years.

Our seniors drew with Colmcille on Saturday evening in the league while our juniors had a great win over Longford Slashers on Sunday and have now qualified for the semi finals of the Gilmore cup. well done to both teams.
