Senior Football Championship
Our senior team had a good start to the Senior Football Championship with a 3 point win last Tuesday 16th July against Colmcille. Full-time score from Glennon Brother Pearse Park was Killoe 0:13 to Colmcille 2:04. The boys have a break this weekend from matches.
Fundraiser Event
The Club would like to thank everyone who attended our race night in the Olde Forge last Saturday. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets on the night and sponsored races. Thank you to the Olde Forge for hosting the event.
Michael Quinn Intercounty Retirement
On Thursday last our senior play Michael Quinn announced his inter-county retirement. We would like to send our best wishes and thank you to Michael for his contribution to county football in Longford for the past 13 years.
All Ireland Draw Tickets
We held our All Ireland Football Final tickets draw last Saturday night. The winners on the night were Joe Lynch, Micheál Hughes and Dermot Harte.
