Junior Championship round 5 v Clonguish
Our Junior team secured their semi final place with a convincing 4-21 to 1-3 win over Clonguish. Well done to all.
Senior Championship Quarter Final v Dromard
Our Seniors lost out to Dromard on a score line of 3-07 to 0-11 points in last Sundays Championship Quarter Final in Pearse Park. While Killoe started the opening 15 minutes well, 2 goals for Dromard and black card for Mickey Quinn put Killoe in serious trouble. Another goal on the restart put the game beyond Killoe’s reach despite late scores bringing the deficit back to 5 points. Commiserations to the team and management and thank you all for the effort and commitment put in this season. Best of luck to Dromard in the semi final.
Club Meeting
A club meeting will take place on Monday the 26/09/22 at 9pm in the club house.
Scór
Senior scór takes place on Saturday the 1st of October. The club are looking for people over the age of 17, who are interested in taking part in a figure dancing team or the Sean nós dancing competition. If interested please contact Marie on 0867367832
Club Championship Tickets
Tickets for the upcoming club championship games will only be available online at longfordgaa.ie/tickets-clubs. Unfortunately no tickets will be available at the grounds before matches. If any supporter is unable to purchase a ticket online please contact any member of the club executive who will help arrange a ticket for you.
