Senior Club Notes 13th November 2017

We had a very quiet week just past with no games. Our under 21 team are awaiting their championship semi final which will be played in the near future.

Commiserations to Mullinalaughta on their exit from the Leinster championship at the weekend.

Our lotto jackpot reached the milestone of €10,000 on Sunday night and the draw was held in Begleys bar. The numbers drawn were 11, 19, 26 and 30. There was no jackpot winner unfortunately. Our €20 winners were Marie and Declan Kenny, Kiltyreher, Tommy Reilly, Farragh, Michael Campbell, Ohill, P J McHugh, Moyne and Larry Daly, Teffia Park with Berney Brady taking the sellers prize. Thanks again to all who support our lotto.

Congratulations to Cannon Owen Devaney on marking his golden jubilee on Sunday last. It was fitting that as a former player and loyal supporter of Killoe Gaa he was presented with a memento to honour his achievement by Chairman Jim McGoldrick at his very enjoyable ceremony on Sunday.

Finally, we offer our deepest sympathies to the Mahon and Brady families on their bereavements last week.
