Annual Killoe 5k and 10k Run:
Our Annual Killoe 5k and 10k Run takes place on Sunday the 3rd of March. Registration takes place from 10am to 11.15am on the day of the race. The cost for runner is €15, €10 per walker and €5 per juvenile (U16).
Club Membership:
Club Membership is opened until 31st March and can be got from Club Registrars Ronan Mc Goldrick and Sean Whelan. This entitles all members to vote at our annual general meeting.
Scor:
Well done to all our participants who took part in Scor Final on Saturday night last in Abbeylara. A special mention to Rince Foirne and Rince Set who were victorious on the night and now go on to represent Longford in the Leinster Senior Scor Semi Final.
Thanks to our Irish Officer Marie Brady for all her hard work in preparation for Scor and this was rewarded with Emmet Og receiving Joint Club of the Year.
Lotto:
Our Weekly Lotto draw took place in The Olde Forge Bar on Sunday Night. There was no Jackpot Winner. The numbers drawn were 23,28,34,35. The €20 winners were Frank Kiernan Snr Carriglass, Micheal Carrigy Ballinalee, Geraldine Crehan Corneddan, Mary Lee Esker and Helen Leavy Longford. The sellers prize went to Emmet Toher .
Next weeks draw takes place in Begleys Bar for a Jackpot of €5,000. Thank you for your continued support to our Lotto Draw. Anyone interested in purchasing a yearly Lotto ticket can contact any member of the Executive.
