Our U14 played in the All Ireland Feile competition last weekend just coming up short against North London in the All Ireland semi-final. Having won their 3 division games against St John Bosco, Tullyish of Down and Gaultier of Waterford they defeated Thomas Davis of Dublin in the quarter final. This tournament was thoroughly enjoyed by the players managers and parent who traveled to Down and Meath and supported our team. We would like to thank our host client Tullyish who were exemplary hosts and left no stone unturned in feeding us, entertaining us and making us feel at home.
Hard luck to our Minor reserve league team on their narrow defeat to Granard/Ballymore last weekend.
Our U12 were defeated by Clouguish in the U12 cup playoff semi-final .
Well done to our Killoe Óg U12 team on defeating Shannon Gaels in the U12 cross-border league, and will now play the shield final of the Longford-Leitrim league in Pearse Park on Thursday 5th July at 6.45pm.
