Our senior game on Friday last against Ballymahon was postponed. Our Junior team had a good win over Colmcille on Sunday last on a score line of 3-9 to 10 points. Well done to all involved.
This coming weekend our reserve senior league team are at home to Carrickedmond on Saturday at 7pm while on Sunday our junior reserve team travel to the Laurels to take on Mullinalaghta at 2pm. Good luck to both.
Well done to all involved in the running of the Terry McCormack memorial cycle on Saturday last. The event was a tremendous success and enjoyed by all who took part.
Our Lotto draw for a jackpot of €12,300 took place in the Olde Forge on Sunday night last and the numbers drawn were 6, 11, 25 and 35. There was no jackpot winner. €20 winners were Sean and Melissa Whelan, Geraldine Crehan, Corneddan, Liam Orohoe, Noel Kavanagh and Edel McCormack, Bawn. This weeks sellers prize went to Margaret McCormack. Next week sees the jackpot rise to €12,400 with the draw in Begleys on Sunday night.
