Our senior reserve team contested the league semi final on Saturday evening last in dreadful conditions in Emmet Park against Mostrim. In what was very much a game of two halves, we held a commanding half time lead of 2-7 to 3 points. However Mostrim threw everything at us in the second half which left us very much on the back foot and holding on near the end. We eventually saw out a win on a final score of 2-9 to 13 points. Gary Connell and Eugene Clarke got the goals. We will now face Abbeylara in the final.
A watch was found in the car park at Emmet Park following the reserve league 1 semi final. Anyone missing same please contact James McGoldrick on 087 9585128.
