Division 1 V Clonguish

Our Senior team got off to a flying start in their division 1 league campaign with a comprehensive win over Clonguish in Emmet Park on Saturday last. Killoe opened the scoring and soon gained a strong lead thanks to a Mark Hughes penalty. Paddy Moran followed up with another goal shortly afterwards after a strong run down the field. By halftime Killoe had an eight point lead and started the second half in similar fashion, with some fine points being taken after some great forward play. A fast counterattacking move found Darren Moffatt on the edge of the square who palmed it past the keeper to put the game beyond any doubt. Full time score Killoe 3-16, Clonguish 0-10

Upcoming Fixtures

Our Senior team play Dromard on Saturday at 6:30pm in Pairc Na nGael.

Our Junior team begin their Division 3 campaign against Colmcille on Sunday at 2pm in McGee Park
