Senior Club Notes 15th October 2018

Our under 20 team captured the championship title on Sunday last, in this the inaugural year of this grade in Longford Football when we had a good win over a Mostrim/Sean Connollys amalgamation. Well done to trainer Kevin Dooner and his management team as well as the entire panel. This was a fantastic achievement  following up last weekends minor title.

Best of luck to Brid McGoldrick, the National Healthy club chairperson who will open the GAAs National healthy club conference on Saturday October 20th in Croke Park. Clubs from all over Ireland will be present. Killoe, Emmet Og Healthy club team will present their project at the event. Thank you to everyone in Killoe that participated and helped make this project a reality. Three short videos will soon be available. Please check out Killoe GAA’s Facebook page during the week for information. A fourth community summary video/DVD will be available to purchase before Christmas.
