Our senior championship refixture took place on Tuesday evening last. Please see sports section for result. Our third round championship fixture against Granard will take place this Sunday in Colmcille at 6.30pm.
Our junior team open their championship campaign also this Sunday with a tricky home fixture against Colmcille. Throw in is at Emmet Park at 12.30pm . Good luck to both.
Our lotto draw took place on Sunday night in the Olde Forge for a jackpot of €3,400. The numbers drawn were 9,17,24 and 26. There was no jackpot winner. €20 winners were Ann McGee, Edenmore, Francis and Joe Leonard, Killoe, Gerry Bratten, Killoe, Pat Battrim, Abbeylara and Erin and Faye Conefrey, Longford. This week sellers prize went to Jim McGoldrick. Well done to all the winners.
