Our under 21 team had a fine win over Ardagh/Moydow in the Championship Group 2 play-off played in McGann Park, Kenagh on Friday last. Having lost to the same opposition earlier in the competition, we came out on the right side this time on a score of 14 points to 7. Well done to team and management. We now face last years winners Colmcille in the semi final this coming Sunday in Colmcille at 2pm.
Our senior team are due to face Mullinalaghta in The Leader cup semi final this Wednesday evening in Emmet Park at 8.30pm.
Well done to Mullinalaghta on their impressive win in the leinster quarter final on Sunday last over a fancied Saint Lomans team. We wish them the best of luck in the next round against Saint Vincents.
