Senior Club Notes 10th September 2018

Well done to our junior team who had a fine win over FR. Manning Gaels on Sunday last in the championship semi final. We now face Clonguish in the final on Sunday week next.

Parish GAA video: There will be a parish video shoot in Emmet Park on Saturday 14th of September in conjunction with Healthy Club and Croke Park. Topics on the day include GAA in the community, participation, Respect and Safeguarding our children. Children and anyone under 18 must have a consent form signed or they strictly cannot participate. Saturday morning most children are asked to come down. We would like to invite parents, coaches, supporters and officials to Emmet Park,  Clonee. Please be in Killoe gear or green clothes. Coaches of all underage teams will be in contact you with times.

Our lotto draw for a jackpot of €2,800 took place in Begleys bar on Sunday night and the numbers drawn were 21, 34, 25 and 26. Unfortunately there was no jackpot winner. €20 winners were Kathleen Bracken, C/O Milos, John Browne, Kiltyreher, Carmel and Mary, Ballinalee, Thomas Quinn, Ennybegs and Ross Mollaghan, Clontumpher. This weeks sellers prize went to Margaret McCormack. Next weeks jackpot rises to €2,9000 with the draw in the Olde Forge on Sunday night.

Get well soon to one of our finest supporters Ann Murray who was hospitalized following a minor surgical procedure recently. We hope to see you out and about again soon.

Finally we offer our deepest condolences to the Prunty family, Ohill on their bereavement during the week.
