We are holding our annual clothing collection on Saturday July 26th 2016. We can accept your clean unwanted clothes bedlinen towels and textiles including shoes bags belts soft toys and books but not school books.. Mobile phones are accepted and should be kept separate from clothes and textiles. Items can be dropped off to the clubhouse each Friday evening (6.30-7.30 pm) between now and then. If you cannot drop off your unwanted items please contact either Turlough Farrelly ( 087 2305679) Robbie Browne ( 087 4133975) or Tom Walsh (086 8596065) and we can arrange collection of same.
Well done to our Minor squad on defeating Colmcille and Longford Slashers last week. With these wins they have now reached the league final against Shamrock Gaels. No date has been set for this final.
Hard luck to our to our U12 team in the final of the Longford-Leitrim league against Glencar Manorhamilton. After a very entertaining game they were defeated on a scoreline of 2-12 to 3-05.
U14 commence their championship away to St Patrick’s on Monday 18th July.
Next U8 Blitz takes place in Dromard on Wednesday 13th July at 7pm
