We would like to thank all those who attended our quiz night last Friday night in the forge. To the forge for the use of their premises and for sponsoring the first prize for the winning team. To everyone who gave spot prizes. Thanks to Louise Clarke and Fiona Toher for correcting and keeping scores and all those who have worked behind the scenes to organise the event. A massive thanks to David Donnelly for acting as quiz master on the night.
Under 12 Final
A big congratulations to our under 12 team and management who captured the Summer League title on the Bank Holiday Monday last in Ardagh GAA in miserable conditions against a wonderful Clonguish side. Congrats to joint captains Beth O’Driscoll and Anna Fox who received the plaque on behalf of the team. Thanks to Paul Horan County Board representative for presenting the plaque.
We would also like to thank Peter from Macaries & Luigis for sponsoring the Under 12 team food after their final.

Best wishes to our own Marie Brady who will be travelling to Tralee to represent Longford and Killoe in the Rose of Tralee. We look forward to watching Marie on our TV screens at the end of August. Enjoy the experience Marie and the best of luck from all at Killoe Ladies.
