Senior Football Championship 2026
Our senior team are back in action this Friday evening against Abbeylara in the Peter Hanley Motors Senior Football Championship. Throw in is at 8pm in Fr. McGee Park, Colmcille. Tickets can be purchased on Longford GAA Website.
Intermediate Championship
This Saturday, 8th August, our Intermediate footballers begin their Intermediate Football Championship campaign with a Round 1 clash against Grattan Óg. Throw-in is at 7.00pm in Michael Fay Park. We wish the players and management the very best of luck and encourage all supporters to come along and get behind the team as they begin their championship journey.
Junior B Championship
Our junior B team lost out to Carrickedmond last Wednesday evening in their first round of the Junior B Championship. Full time score Killoe 1:06 to Carrickedmond 2:13. Next up is a home game this Wednesday against Rathcline with a throw-in of 8pm in Clonee.
Quid Games Fundraiser
We are delighted to launch our Quid Game Fundraising Event, taking place on Saturday, 14th November 2026 in the Longford Arms Hotel. Participants will choose a club or charity to represent and fundraise €2,000 (with full support and fundraising resources provided) before competing in a fun-filled games night. With a potential prize fund of €14,000—including €7,000 for the winning participant and €7,000 for their chosen club or charity—it’s a fantastic opportunity to support Killoe Emmet Óg while being in with a chance of winning big.
