Congratulations to our 50/50 winner! A huge congratulations to John Kiernan, who picked up a fantastic €1,210 in our
latest Killoe GAA 50/50 draw! Thanks, as always, to everyone who continues to support the draw. The next draw takes
place Thursday 1st October.
Senior Football Championship Semi-Final
Our Senior footballers have booked their place in the County Final following an excellent semi-final
victory over Abbeylara, running out convincing winners on a scoreline of 1-21 to 0-12. It was a strong
team performance from the lads, who produced some excellent football to secure their place in the
decider in two weeks’ time. Huge congratulations to all the players and management team on a fantastic
result and on the hard work and commitment that has brought them to this stage of the championship.
Attention now turns to the County Final, and we wish the entire panel and management the very best as
preparations continue for the big day.
Intermediate Football Final
Best of luck to our neighbours, Sean Connolly’s team and management in this Sunday’s Intermediate Final. A special
mention to our own club man, Tommy Donohoe, who is part of the Sean Connolly’s management team. Wishing Tommy
and everyone involved the very best of luck on Sunday.
