Senior Football Championship 2026
Hard luck to our Senior team on their defeat in round 3 of the Senior Championship last Friday evening. They lost narrowly to a strong Abbeylara side. Full time score from Killoe 3:11 to Abbeylara 1:19. Next up we play Ardagh Moydow next Friday night at 8pm in Allen Park Clonguish.
Intermediate Championship
Our Intermediate Championship campaign got off to a disappointing start last Saturday evening as we lost out to Grattan Óg in the opening round at Michael Fay Park. Despite a battling performance from the lads, Grattan Óg proved the stronger side on the night, running out 6-14 to 1-12 winners. Attention now turns to the next round as the team looks to bounce back. Next we play Ballymahon in round 2 on Sunday afternoon at 2pm in Dunbegg
Junior B Championship
Our Junior B footballers had a great win last week in Round 2 of the Championship, putting in a strong performance against Rathcline. The lads were in excellent form throughout and ran out convincing winners on a scoreline of 7-17 to 0-5. Well done to all the players and management on a fine team performance. Next up is a home game against Dromard on Wednesday evening at 8pm in Clonee.
Quid Games Fundraiser
We are delighted to launch our Quid Game Fundraising Event, taking place on Saturday, 14th November 2026 in the Longford Arms Hotel. Participants will choose a club or charity to represent and fundraise €2,000 (with full support and fundraising resources provided) before competing in a fun-filled games night. With a potential prize fund of €14,000 – including €7,000 for the winning participant and €7,000 for their chosen club or charity – it’s a fantastic opportunity to support Killoe GAA while being in with a chance of winning big.
