Congratulations to 8 of our senior players who were selected for this year’s Longford GAA Team of the Championship at the awards ceremony last Saturday night in the Longford Arms Hotel. Our players on the Team of the Year are the following: Liam Hughes, Mark Hughes, Ryan Moffett, Mickey Quinn, Daniel Mimnagh, Micheal Hughes, Paddy Kiernan & Darren Moffett. We also had 2 players nominated for Senior Player of the Year – Liam Hughes and Mark Hughes. Mark was announced the winner on the night. Also to our Junior Player Niall Finneran who was nominated for Junior Player of the Year. Congratulations to all award winners, a great achievement for our club.
