Senior Football Championship Round 5
Our senior team had a fine win in the last game of the round-robin group stage against Colmcille on Saturday evening. Leading by 6 points at half time, the lads had to dig deep in the second half, but their hard work and determination paid off. We came out winners in the end with a full-time score of Killoe 2-10, Colmcille 0-12.

Junior Championship Fixtures
Our Junior A team had a great win over Longford Slashers last Tuesday, 2nd September, in Michael Fay Park. Full time score Killoe 0:13 to Longford Slashers 0:09. Meanwhile, our Junior C team also recorded a fine victory on Friday evening, 5th September, with a home game against local rivals Sean Connolly’s in Emmet Park, Clonee. Full time score Killoe 2:12 to Sean Connolly’s 0:12.
We play Ballymahon this Saturday 13th September in Round 5 of the Junior C Championship. Throw in is at 8pm in Leo Casey Park, Ballymahon. While on Sunday our Junior A team are playing Clonguish in Round 5 of the Championship. Throw in for this game is at 12pm in Allen Park, Clonguish
Senior and junior Championship Tickets 2025
2025 Adult Championship Tickets – There are three ticket options available for the 2025 Adult Championships:
- Standard Match Ticket – €10 per game
- Weekly Pass – €20 (grants access to all championship games from Monday to Sunday in a given week)
Tickets will be available for purchase online from 4pm on Monday, July 14th via www.longfordgaa.ie. Weekly and Championship Passes may also be obtained by contacting the Longford GAA Office at 043-3345219. Please note: All tickets must be purchased in advance – no cash will be accepted at the gates. We encourage all supporters to continue buying tickets online ahead of the fixtures.
