Senior Football Championship
Our senior team plays Abbeylara this Saturday evening at 5:45pm in Glennon Brothers Pearse Park in the Semi Final of the Peter Hanley Motors Senior Football Championship. Tickets must be bought on the Longford GAA website. Best of luck to the team and management
Junior A Championship
Our Junior team are also through to the Junior A Championship Semi Final on Saturday before the senior game in Glennon Brothers Pearse Park with throw-in at 3:30pm. Tickets must also be bought on the Longford GAA Website for this game. Bet wishes to the team and management on the day.
Community Health & Awareness Day.
Kiernan Structural Steel are holding a Community Health & Awareness Day. This important event will be held on Saturday, 28th September, from 11am to 3pm at the Longford Athletics Centre. This year, their event holds a special significance. The recent loss of their friend and colleague Andrew Jackson to suicide has deeply affected their employees and their local community. Lots of activities will take place on the day including:
